SANTA FE PARADE OF HOMES WINNERS!
We are proud to announce that this year, 2023, Hoopes + Associates designed the BEST IN SHOW in the SANTA FE CONTEMPORARY home category sponsored by the Santa Fe Home Builders Association. The builder was Zachary & Sons.

With tasteful interior finishes such as white-oak cabinetry, ash-wood ceilings, and thoughtfully placed wall-washer skylights, this home is the definition of sophistication. The centrally located kitchen, complete with a temperature-controlled metal-and-glass wine cellar, is perfect for gatherings of all sizes and offers everything a home chef could desire. In 2020 two homes designed by Hoopes + Associates won multiple awards in the Parade of Homes sponsored by the Santa Fe Home Builders Association.
The first home, called “Mid-Century Modern” and built by Prull Custom Builders, won the awards for Best Design, Best Kitchen, and Best Master Suite in the $2 million to $2.75 million category.
The second home, called “A Luxurious, Modern Desert Masterpiece” and built by Tierra Concepts, swept all six awards for Best Design, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Energy Efficiency, Best Outdoor Space, and Most Innovative in the $2.75 million and above category.
