VILLENOS HOUSE | 2020 SANTA FE PARADE OF HOMES WINNER | “MID-CENTURY MODERN”
The Villenos House was designed to open up to the adjacent BLM land. The roof of the house slopes at a mere .75% slope to pull the eye out to the surrounding landscape. The house is designed to exhibit the client’s art collection. The 4,500-sf house contains living spaces, three bedrooms, a den and 3 major portals for entertaining.
